Mixed Fish And Chips Basket @ Pacific Catch

Mixed Fish & Chips Basket
2 sm Cod Pieces
3 Fried Oysters
3 Coconut Shrimp
Sweet Potato Fries

$25.00 (drink+tip+tax included)

I'd say this is a nice date place, they have a good selection of food types on the menu (seafood oriented, but they do have things like steak tacos, and veggie options) and the atmosphere is very nice. Their outside seating area is especially nice, if the weather is permitting.

The food is good/tasty but in my opinion a bit overpriced which is why this only rates at 3 stars vs 4. Seems as if the pricing is more because its in a more "poshy" area, but nothing ridiculous like the "santana row poshy" absurdity that you get if you order food at some of those main strip establishments that are "trendy".  There are other seafood places near by that might not have the dining atmosphere that Pacific Catch does, but they don't charge you for it, and typically get larger portions of fish for you money.  But if you have a special occasion and are willing to spend a little bit more, this would be a nice casual outing anytime.

2am Chili - How To Make Chili "Like A Boss"

Over on the reddit user tylercap posted his recipe for Chili, "Like A Boss" that he likes to make at 2am between sessions of Black Ops.  However unlike the traditional listing of ingredients in a 3x5 index card format or video of the process tylercap decided to post pics along with some stick figures showing the process.  Also if you're unfamiliar with the meme "Like a Boss" check out the bottom of the post for the youtube clip from Andy Samberg of SNL and thelonlyisland.

nsfw language and imagery for both chili and "like a boss" video after the jump.

I had to give the boiling crab only one star this time out because frankly they missed the mark on a number of the areas I judge a establishment upon.  Find out more on why I don't recommend going to The Boiling Crab...
