Video : Tip - How To Test Your Baking Powder To See If It's Still Good

Here is a video from the folks over at Chow.com which shows you an ultra-easy method to test out your baking Powder. No not baking soda, baking powder! You can test your soda with a bit of vinegar, ala elementary school volcano diorama. Hehe.  You want to test your baking Powder to see if it is still good to use after sitting on your shelf for who knows how long!  This is by far the easiest method I've seen to date!
